What is Unstable Kneecap?
Unstable Knee cap happens when the patella of your knee start to move out of its original place.
What are the symptoms?
- Stiffness
- Swelling
- Cracking sound during movement
- Kneecap slips off to the side
- Pain in the front of the knee that increase with activity
What are the causes?
When the groove of the patella start to become uneven and too shallow by in a fall or sharp blow to the kneecap.
Treatment of MCL tear
- Relocation of your knee
- Immobilization
- Surgery
